Merdian Balance Dance, Tune Up Your Energy

This is the simplified version of the Meridian dance, sometimes called a Meridian massage.

This is a moving meditation. The movements should be done slowly and mindfully.

The idea is to pass the hands slowly over the Meridian pathways of the body. In the simple version, these pathways are approximate.
There are 14 Meridians covered in this exercise.

The hand is basically hovering over the body, about an inch away, as it passes over each Meridian.

Practice daily to tune up your Meridians.

If you want to learn more detail about the Chinese Meridian system, there are plenty of resources on the internet, just do a search for Chinese Meridian system.

The music for this video is called “Meridian Dance”. It was created in 2019, specifically for this exercise. We used some music apps on the iPad to create this music, including Auria Pro and Blocs Wave. Guitar and keyboard tracks were also recorded.
