Safety PassportRx<\/strong> is a free caregiver-support and medication-safety service offered as a public service by the Graham Johnson Cultural Arts Endowment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Safety PassportRx helps patients and caregivers bring important information together so they can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 organize prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, vitamins, herbs, and supplements Safety PassportRx does not<\/strong> diagnose Parkinson\u2019s, prescribe treatment, or replace a neurologist, doctor, or pharmacist.
