You can always add whatever fruit you like. Fruit that is in season is always the best. It has the most flavor and highest concentration of nutrients.
Power Up Smoothie Ingredients
- Fresh local leafy greens
- Fresh Mangoes
- Organic Strawberries
- Protein powder
- Chia seeds
- Almond milk
- Quality chocolate, between 72- 90% cacoa
- Puified water
Place all ingredients in the blender or nutri bullet, blend well. Add ice cubes if you like.
Enjoy as a meal replacement or a snack. Great for pre or post owrkout sessions.
